Great service! Cheery interior! Nice place to go for a cheery environment on a gloomy day. I found food to be tasty and appropriately priced. They have home made tortilla chips which I really enjoyed. The only reason for less than five stars is simply because the place needs a little maintenance. Many of the chair and booth seat cushions are split exposing the interior foam that I wonder what's been spilled on it. A little maintenance would go a long way towards a five star review. Overall recommended.

The best thing about this restaurant is the margarita I'm telling you as someone who's tried quite a few these are the best I've ever had. The staff was great both friendly and helpful. Brought out hot fresh food and asked all the questions to be sure my experience was great. The food was very tasty and the salsa tasted as if from scratch in the kitchen. The hot salsa was so full of flavor and heat I was genuinely impressed. For being so far from Mexico this was an amazing experience and I will definitely be a regular.

We've been searching for a good Mexican restaurant in Fairbanks and we finally found it today. We decided to try their buffet so we could sample a little of everything. It didn't disappoint! From the guacamole to the fajitas, everything was so good! Topped it off with flan and fresh fruit. We'll definitely be back!

We had a hankering for Mexican while out and about in Fairbanks and I found this on Yelp. I saw the reviews were on the extremes with few in the middle. This gave me confidence. From our experience as a group of 4 who all ordered different dishes, this place was fantastic. To start off, the service was the best I've had in a long time. We were seated quicky and our waiter was on point. He was extremely attentive without any hint of hovering. He would just appear with what you needed seemingly at the same moment you realized you needed it. The chips were on the small and hard side. Not bad for eating with salsa but not my favorite style. I won't hold that against them. They were fresh and tasty. The hot and mild salsa both had some heat to them. Both were full of flavor, and neither was too hot to enjoy. I had the halibut fajitas which were cooked and seasoned to perfection. This was my first time having fish fajitas and I was impressed. I would not hesitate to go back to this place.

Service | Fajitas | Margaritas Service - Overall, we had great service. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. She was helpful when our table went to order by giving the pros and cons of each meal. She never let the water get below 1/4 full, or our chips go empty. Fajitas - I had the Chicken Fajitas. They came out on a hot plate, and the meal was sizable. The chicken was well made. The beans, salsa, guacamole, and rice were well done as well. Overall, I had no issues with the meal. Definitely bring your full appetite to a restaurant if you go with this meal. Margaritas - The Margaritas are pretty large. One of the people in our group had two, and they looked delicious. Why not 5 stars? - overall food quality to price ratio doesn't match. I understand food in Alaska is more expensive, but at the same time - it this establishment doesn't have a superior food/price ratio. Pro Tip - They have tons of parking. So, no need to worry about where to park. Pro Tip - They have bottomless Chips. Pro Tip - Their salsa is good. Their hot is moderately hot.
